Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, manuals, and tags included.

Both defective and non-defective watches are eligible for return or exchange during this period.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective watch:

Please contact us as soon as possible with a description and photo/video of the defect.

We will cover return shipping costs for defective items and offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Defective Items
If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for any other reason:

You may request a return or exchange within the 30-day period.

Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

A full refund (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You may email our customer service at seaprowatches@gmail.com or call at (213) 787-3127 with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
