Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, manuals, and tags included.

  • Both defective and non-defective watches are eligible for return or exchange during this period.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective watch:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with a description and photo/video of the defect.

  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Defective Items

If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for any other reason:

  • You may request a return or exchange within the 30-day period.

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. You may email our customer service at seaprowatches@gmail.com or call at (213) 787-3127 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
